Meet Our Staff
Principal Greg Alford

Greg has over three decades of experience in the upper end luxury home building business. He was one of the founders of Hawkins-Welwood Homes and spent 15 years as part of the Hawkins-Welwood family. With his passion for country homes and desire to build on acreage, Greg started Alford Homes in 2001 as a partnership with Hawkins-Welwood.

Greg is one of only 623 professional builders nationwide to attain a Graduate Master Builder certification and is also a Certified Graduate Builder with the HBA of Greater Dallas, Certified Green Professional, and Green Built Texas Builder. Greg is a registered professional builder, a member of the Dallas Homebuilders Association, has a degree in Building Construction from Texas State Technical College and has numerous certifications and a commitment to cutting-edge performance in homebuilding.

  Mark Galanos comes to Alford Homes with a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University and practical experience with a national accounting firm, Ernst & Young. Mark is currently focusing his efforts on the Alford Homes estate products in Bluffview Park Estates, Preston Hollow and in the Park Cities. Interior Design
 
Stacy Brotemarkle A graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design, Stacy has provided her expertise to over 100 homes in the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Cambridge Place, Glen Abbey, Stonebriar Park and Willow Bend neighborhoods. Her strong background in residential construction and design allows her the ability to collaborate with homeowners to create a timeless interior, using distinct and innovative ideas.
